Our Daily Downtown Detroit Guided Walking Tour is a very informative tour led by one of our knowledgeable and friendly tour guides. Our tours cover a mixture of Detroit's history, architecture and art, and it's downtown sports, music, and event venues.
On these Downtown Detroit Guided Walking Tours you will see Detroit as it looks today, and learn about Detroit's RISE to become one of the most influential cities of the 20th century. You will see traces of Detroit's decline and FALL during the later part of that century, mixed among the more recent rebuilding and RENEWAL of a thriving downtown Detroit area in a once again great city.

Private Downtown Detroit Walking Tours
Private Walking Tours of Downtown Detroit are Offered 7 Days a Week*
(available most days and times if scheduled at least 72 hours in advance*)
Private Walking Tours are customized to your group, and may cover the same area as our "Rise, Fall, and Renewal" Tour, or other parts of the Downtown Detroit area (such as CORKTOWN or EASTERN MARKET or MIDTOWN DETROIT or THE DETROIT RIVERWALK).
Private Walking Tours can also focus on specific types of scenery, such as...Downtown Sculptures, Murals and Public Art; Downtown Detroit Skyscrapers; Historic Hotels and New Boutique Hotels; or Downtown Buildings from the 1800's, or early 1900's, etc
Minimum Cost for 2 Hour Private Walking Tour: $100 for up to 4 people*
Longer tours can also be scheduled subject to availability*

Step-On Guides for Bus or Van Tours
If you have a bus and a driver for a larger group, or a van and driver for a smaller group, our experienced tour guide will "step on" and lead your tour.
Usually Bob will be your guide. He has been guiding bus tours of Detroit for more than fifteen years. Customers have included family reunions, groups from other US states, groups from other countries, school groups, and any group taking a day trip to Detroit.
If you have the bus and driver lined up, we will charge a reasonable fee (based on factors like the length of the tour and number of people) for providing the guide.
